HEY….TAKE A LOOK AT THE NEW PAGE TITLED: JUST FOR FUN!!!!

Well, can you believe it? We are now officially into the 2nd quarter of the school year. Time goes fast when you’re having fun. This 9 weeks we will continue to explore writing many different types of sentences and begin to develop them into a worthy paragraph.

The first part of the 9 weeks we will identify the 4 kinds of sentences. Then we will look at the importance of VERBS in sentences and look at the power they contain. Finally, if time permits us, we will explore the use of PREPOSITIONS and PREPOSITIONAL PHRASES.

Oh, the learning we have to do yet! Just remember….IN words there is power

Naturally, all of my notes will be posted AFTER they are given in class. In addition, I hope to post a video or two with me lecturing and demonstrating each sentence type.

In the meantime, students must remember that ALL sentences MUST begin with a capital letter and end with a mark of punctuation ( ! . ? ).
