Welcome to another school year and 6th grade! We will have fun this year as we learn to improve our communication skills.

This year we will learn how to write a variety of sentence types and make our writing powerful. Additionally, we will look at the parts of a sentence and understand how our language is constructed.

We have much to do. It is important you bring to class each day all the necessary materials as well as any assignments given for homework.

My goal is for ALL of you to score a 4.5 or better on our February Writing Assesment (Test).
